GREGORY (GREG) ROBERT SHANNON May 12, 1955 - June 5, 2014 On June 5, 2014 Greg passed away peacefully in his sleep after a few years of struggling with a lung disorder. Aside from a couple of adventures out west, Greg loved and spent most of his life in Transcona and greater Winnipeg. Greg is survived by his son Michael, his three brothers, Jim, Cam (Ruth) and Jeff, his stepmom Marlene, his Uncle Don and Auntie Viv, and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Greg always had a "Lust for Life" and liked to "Take a Walk on the Wild Side" and you can bet he's doing that now. Greg's family held a private celebration of his life and distributed his ashes as he requested. The family would also like to extend a heartfelt "Thank You" to Judy and Richard for the special care they provided Greg over the last couple of years.
